Senior Members attend NERSC 2008

Congratulation goes out to two senior members for taking the time to attend the Northeast Region Staff College held at McGuire AFB in NJ. Capt John McKelvey (Logistic Officer) and Capt. James McClure (Administrations Officer) both graduated Saturday 18 July 2008 after completing the one week course. They were taught classes in Human relations, interpersonal communications, public speaking, goal settings and many more that will help them to be better equipped leaders in the squadron.
There to greet and congratulate them for their accomplishment was the Northeast Region Commander Col. Robert Diduch CAP along with the Staff College staff. This will help them to complete their level four of the senior program.
As Commander of the Squadron I look forward to greeting them both back into the squadron and hope they use there newly learned skills in leadership to help better the operation of our squadron. Congratulations for a job well done and for setting a fine example to our cadets and seniors member to continue their personnel training in the program.
